- Interfere with monitoring targets you do not own or have permission to monitor

We reserve the right to enforce reasonable usage limits to protect system stability.
4. Monitoring Data
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to monitor the endpoints you configure.
- Upclock provides monitoring and alerting on a best-effort basis.
- We do not guarantee that outages, incidents, or alerts will always be detected.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
- Certain features may require a paid subscription.
- Pricing, billing cycles, and limits are disclosed at the time of purchase.
- Payments are processed by third-party providers.
- Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
We may change pricing or plans with reasonable prior notice.
6. Free Plans and Trials
